On March 6th, 2004 the Lee Building Industry Association (BIA) had their annual awards banquet at Sanibel Harbor Resort in Fort Myers, FL. Avalon (C&W) won eight awards in the category of Multi-Family $350,000 to $450,000. The designations won were as follows:
- Best Overall Design
- Best Livability
- Best Interior Design
- Best Kitchen
- Best Outdoor Living
- Best Bath
- Best Landscaping
- Best Pool
