This project features an 80-room Comfort Suites hotel in Lake Geneva, WI, a beautiful lakefront tourist destination in the Midwest. The city of Lake Geneva is located in Walworth County and is part of the rapidly growing Chicago to Milwaukee corridor. Immaculate golf courses, unique shopping and the water have helped Lake Geneva's tourism market; however, the city has a rapidly growing business community as well. Located on Highway 50 across from Hillmoor Country Club and Golf Course, between the Highway 12/50 interchange and downtown Lake Geneva, this hotel provides many amenities for guests including: an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool, a 60-person breakfast area/meeting center, a 20-person Executive Board Room, and a comfortable sitting lounge overlooking the lobby.
