This project features an 80-room Sleep Inn & Suites in Pleasant Hill, IA, a rapidly growing suburb of Des Moines. Sleep Inn & Suites is part of the Choice Hotel International family of hotels, which is the oldest and second largest hotel franchise company in the world. This brand was selected because of the competitive room rates, the new modern design of the Sleep Inn & Suites, and the consistency of the amenities through out the brand. The hotel site is located at the southeast corner of Highway 163 & the newly constructed Highway 65. This hotel features an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, exercise room, gameroom, executive boardroom for meetings, free high-speed Internet access, free deluxe continental breakfast, an oversized lobby with fireplace, and many different suite configurations from two room suites to in room whirlpool suites. |
